1. Eligibility
A full refund is available when all of the following are true:
- Your refund request arrives within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date shown on your Lemon Squeezy invoice;
- This is your first refund request for Nightmare TV (we honour one per customer to prevent abuse);
- The license has not been blocked for a breach of the EULA (e.g. sharing the key with third parties, tampering with device verification).
Beyond the 14-day window, refunds are granted at our discretion and normally reserved for cases of significant undelivered functionality or duplicate charges.
2. What Counts as the Purchase Date
- Monthly / Yearly subscription: 14 days from the initial purchase. Renewal payments are not refundable after their billing date, but you can cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal to stop future renewals.
- Lifetime: 14 days from the purchase date.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@nightmaretv.net from the address used at checkout.
- Include your order number (found in the Lemon Squeezy email receipt, e.g.
#LS-xxxxxx). - Optional but appreciated: a brief note about what didn't work — it helps us improve.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once approved, Lemon Squeezy processes the refund within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card network.
4. What Happens to Your License
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is revoked and the Software will stop activating new devices under that key. If Nightmare TV is currently running on a device with the refunded license, it will revert to a no-license state at the next license check (usually within 24 hours).
5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are separate actions:
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued.
- Refund returns your money and revokes access immediately.
You can cancel any subscription yourself from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal link sent in your order receipt.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks cost us fees and can lock your email from future purchases. In almost every case we can resolve the issue faster by email.
7. Taxes
Lemon Squeezy collects and remits VAT/GST on our behalf where required. When a refund is issued, any tax collected is refunded together with the purchase price.
8. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are issued in the same currency you paid. If your bank converted the original payment, any difference due to exchange-rate fluctuation between purchase and refund is the responsibility of your bank, not of Nightmare TV or Lemon Squeezy.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and equivalent rules in Türkiye, the UK and elsewhere). Where local law grants broader refund rights than this policy, those rights prevail.
